Restaurant Spotlight

In the heart of Summerville, Laura stands as a testament to rustic Italian cuisine, drawing inspiration from cherished family recipes. Chef Nico Romo, paying homage to his grandmother, crafted a menu that resonates with authenticity and warmth. The ambiance, characterized by its open kitchen and inviting decor, sets the stage for a dining experience that feels both intimate and refined.

The menu is anchored in Italian tradition but doesnāt feel bound by it. Youāll find wood-fired pizzas, seasonal starters, and handmade pastas that show real care in both preparation and flavor.

Our personal favorite dish is the Agnolotti, which is truly one of the best pasta dishes we have ever tried - filled with bright ricotta and finished in a sage brown butter. The pizza was good, but if you are a fan of authentic pasta dishes, in my opinion, the pasta is the way to go!
