AI Agents Are Reading Your Docs. Are You Ready?

Last month, 48% of visitors to documentation sites across Mintlify were AI agents, not humans.

Claude Code, Cursor, and other coding agents are becoming the actual customers reading your docs. And they read everything.

This changes what good documentation means. Humans skim and forgive gaps. Agents methodically check every endpoint, read every guide, and compare you against alternatives with zero fatigue.

Your docs aren't just helping users anymore. They're your product's first interview with the machines deciding whether to recommend you.

That means: clear schema markup so agents can parse your content, real benchmarks instead of marketing fluff, open endpoints agents can actually test, and honest comparisons that emphasize strengths without hype.

Mintlify powers documentation for over 20,000 companies, reaching 100M+ people every year. We just raised a $45M Series B led by @a16z and @SalesforceVC to build the knowledge layer for the agent era.

Restaurant Spotlight

If you’re looking for a straightforward, well-executed meal in Summerville, Sweetwater One Twenty Three is an easy one to keep on your list.

The menu leans into seafood and Southern staples. You’ll see dishes like shrimp and grits, fresh fish, and other coastal options that are prepared cleanly and consistently. Nothing feels overcomplicated, and the portions are solid.

There’s also a good mix of steaks and heavier entrées if you want something more filling. The approach is simple—good cuts, cooked properly, with classic sides that pair well without trying to do too much.

Starters are worth paying attention to. There’s a mix of shareable options that work well for the table, from fried items to lighter plates. It’s a good way to try a few things before settling into a main dish.

The drink menu sticks to the basics. Cocktails are familiar, the wine list is approachable, and everything is set up to pair easily with the food.

Inside, the space is clean and slightly more polished than your average casual spot, but still comfortable. It works for a weeknight dinner or something a little more planned without feeling formal.

Sweetwater One Twenty Three focuses on doing the basics well. It’s a reliable option when you want a good meal without overthinking it.

Featured Pup of the Week: Veda 🐶

Meet Veda, the 3-year-old pitbull mix who has been at Dorchester Paws for just over a month now!

From Dorchester Paws:

“Hi, I'm Veda!

I'm 3 years old and I have one goal in life:

to be ✨OBSESSED✨ with you!

I’ve been at the shelter for about a month, which is honestly confusing because… have you met me?? I'm a professional cuddler and I LOVE people... like a lot.

I don't want treats I just want you (okay maybe some treats too). I would really like to be the only dog in the house that way I can have all of the attention for myself. I just want someone who can be my whole world.💞

So please PLEASE come see me at Dorchester Paws. I'm dying to meet you❤”
