Restaurant Spotlight: Taste of Tokyo 🗼
Taste of Tokyo isn’t in Summerville—but it’s close enough to make the short trip to North Charleston totally worth it.
For just $20, you get all-you-can-eat sushi, appetizers, Hibachi, and even ice cream for dessert (1 per person).
Here’s how it works: once you’re seated, you’ll get a pencil and a checklist menu featuring sushi, soups, salads, and more. You can choose as many as you want, but I’d recommend taking it slow—you can always go back for seconds (or thirds).

Then, build your own Hibachi bowl from their cold bar packed with fresh veggies and proteins. Hand it to the chef, choose your base (Lo Mein, Udon, fried rice, or plain rice), and let the Hibachi chef work their magic!

Taste of Tokyo is hands down the best Hibachi deal around. Unlimited food, shockingly good quality, and a price that feels like a typo. With it’s close proximity to the airport, it’s the perfect place to fill up before or after a long flight!
Featured Pup of the Week: Olympia 🐶
Meet Olympia, the 3-year-old terrier momma who has been at Dorchester Paws since January!

From Dorchester Paws:
“Three years old. Fifty five pounds of love. One incredible mama.
Olympia came to us pregnant and scared, but she faced her journey with quiet strength — and delivered twelve beautiful puppies at the shelter. All of her babies have found their loving forever families yet sweet Olympia is still waiting for hers.
In a foster home, Olympia showed to be the perfect couch companion who adores soaking up every bit of love she can. She's housetrained and dreams of a home where she can finally be someone's baby.
It’s her turn to be spoiled, loved, and chosen. Come meet Olympia and see the incredible heart behind those eyes.”
