Restaurant Spotlight

Bistro 118 is the kind of place most people would drive past without realizing it’s there.
It sits inside Legend Oaks Golf Club, slightly tucked away, which makes it feel more like a neighborhood spot than a restaurant people seek out. Most assume it’s just for golfers. It’s not.
The draw here is the setting. There’s a porch that looks out over the course, and it ends up being the reason people stay longer than planned. It’s quiet, open, and removed from everything else going on in town.
The menu keeps things straightforward: burgers, sandwiches, wraps, salads. The fried green tomato BLT is the one that separates itself. It’s a small upgrade to a classic, but enough to make it the go-to order. The burger is solid and reliable. Beyond that, the menu sticks to familiar ground—Philly cheesesteak, fish and chips, and a handful of lighter options.

Prices stay reasonable and portions are what you’d expect, plus, the food comes out without much of a wait.
Bistro 118 fills a specific role. Not a destination restaurant. Not somewhere built around hype.
Overall, Bistro 118 is a dependable place with a great view and a menu that does exactly what it needs to do!
